Try at home before paying
We understand how nerve racking it is to buy jewellery online sometimes. What if the item looks nothing like the picture? What if I can't get my money back? Here at MYJS we have teamed up with Touch Payments to let you try your jewellery on at home before having to pay. This ensures you are completely happy with what you receive and never regret a purchase. Only pay for the jewellery you keep, return the rest for free (You can try up to $100 per order).
No credit card needed
We've reduced the amount of information you have to enter and completely eliminated the need to enter credit card details. Shopping online just got a whole lot easier (especially on your mobile). We also save your details for future purchases. All we need is to verify your mobile number.
Pay on your own terms
Once you’re happy with your purchase, you can pay for it within 16 days, at no additional cost. If you need more time, simply login to your Touch Payments account and choose to extend the due date for a small fee. Choose to pay the way you like – credit or debit card, BPAY or bank transfer (with more options to be added soon). If you wish to pay with Paypal, simply let Touch Payments know and they'll arrange that for you.
No setup or hidden fees
With Touch Payments, they’re all about keeping things simple. If you need more than 16 days to pay off your purchase, you can extend the due date for a small fee. To use the service there are no setup or monthly fees but you may be charged up to $20 for each due date missed, if you don't contact them.

To help you stay on track, Touch Payments will keep in touch and email you reminders before your payment is due. Anti-fraud protection
Touch Payments allows you to checkout without entering any credit card details. They employ the latest encryption and prevent unauthorised transactions, so rest assured that your details are always safe with them. If you choose one of the alternative payment methods, you never have to share your credit card details online.

How to return an item?
Just follow the easy steps below to send back the items that you don’t like.
- Submit a Return / Exchange form request from within your MYJS account, and we will be in touch with return instructions within 1 working day.
- Send your returns back to MYJS.
- Touch Payments will send you an updated invoice once you have made a return, so you only have to pay for what you keep.
We advise you to initiate the return at least 5 working days before the due date. If we receive your items after the due date, late fees will be applied. If you need more time to make up your mind or get to the post office you can extend your due date via your Touch Payments account.
Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 100 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition and packaging.
If you already have paid your full invoice and your return is accepted, we will refund you, just like with a credit card payment.
